Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, less any shipping charges or handling fees incurred. To initiate a return, simply contact us via the contact form on our website, provide your order number, and let us know the reason for requesting a refund. 

For any product damage, we requires the customer to provide pictures, we will handle as a case by case. If it is a case of customer dissatisfaction of the product,  we require the customer to choose logistics to return and bear the freight, we will refund product and shipping fees after receiving the product. 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or rejection of the return request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations and refunds during the order processing phase (1-3 days after orders are placed by the customer) – no questions asked. Once orders are transferred over to the carrier and begin transit, we can no longer cancel orders. Please remember to reach out to us as soon as possible to cancel orders before your order begins transit.
